Content is king
Activbase is compatible with and can host industry standard learning objects including SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), AICC etc. So, if you already have your own learning resources then hosting them is no problem.
If you need additional content then Activbase can be pre-loaded with access to a huge library of 120+ ready-to-go accredited and or approved online training courses and assessment tools. Our solutions are designed to fulfil the key compliance and competency training requirements of most UK organisations.
If you need something a little different then that’s easy too. We can work with you to evolve your own training resources e.g. pdfs, presentation slides OR even build from the ground-up, to produce a bespoke e-learning solution that is tailored to your specfic training needs.
User administration
Flexible user administration that will align with your organisational structures, sites and job functions on any scale. Automate admin tasks that will enable you to focus on training and developing your people.
As well as simple manual creation of user accounts, you can bulk upload / update, provide self-enrolment or use integrations to synchronise platform users with your existing systems e.g. HR, personnel database.
Assign specific user roles to support the administration process e.g. global or local admin, training managers, supervisors, learners as well as other ‘responsible persons’ e.g. DSE Assessors.
