Now in its second year, World Wellbeing Week provides the opportunity for people worldwide to reflect on all aspects of wellbeing including social, physical, emotional, financial, career, community and environmental wellbeing.
Following the most unusual few months that most of us have ever experienced and the difficulties we can all face adapting to the ‘new normal’ in the workplace, maybe we should use today to check-in on the wellbeing of our colleagues? A socially distanced cup of tea, a quick email, a friendly chat on the phone, a text to say ‘I appreciate what you do’ – there are lots of ways of reaching out. If you are looking for appropriate learning resources or just want to know what more you can do to support the wellbeing of those you work with, talk to us about our online training – with courses including Stress Awareness and Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol awareness, Equality and Diversity, Homeworking and Developing Teamwork amongst our portfolio of over 100 courses, we have something for everyone.
