About the Home and Hybrid Working Online Training Course
The Home and Hybrid Working Training course is ideal for remote workers and people working from home, whether permanently, some of the time, or as part of flexible or hybrid working arrangement.
Millions of people are now working at home in the UK for at least part of the working week. Other employees spend more time in the office with some of the time at home – a more ‘hybrid’ working arrangement.
A homeworker’s health and safety remains the responsibility of their employer and although the risks from working in a home office or between premises might appear low, there are some important risk management factors that need to be assessed and controlled as part of an employer’s commitment to their employee.
Aims of the Home and Hybrid Training Online Course
The aim of the Home and Hybrid Working Training course is to help home and hybrid workers take the necessary steps to keep well and work safely in multiple working environments.
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be aware of the factors that affect home and hybrid working and know how to assess your environment (wherever you may be working). You’ll also understand how to identify common hazards and understand the potential risks.
Throughout the course you’ll receive good practical guidance to help manage and maximise home and hybrid working, and understand both employer and employee responsibilities.
Who is this home and hybrid working training course for?
The course has been developed for all employers and employees who work at home or between home and an office (or other location), whether on a permanent or flexible basis.
