LMS Pricing options
As well as our products being simple and easy to use, licenses are highly affordable and superbly flexible too. We’re here to make your life easy so please contact our team and let us know how many learners you wish to train, what combination of courses you are interested in and whether you have any custom or bespoke requirements. We’ll help tailor a package to meet your needs.
LMS Access Unlimited
Individual consumers purchasing a product (course module, knowledge test or risk assessment) will have access to Activbase LMS (basic features from the Starter Plan) for the full duration of the purchased product subscription term e.g. 1 year, 2 years or 3 years+.
Single-tenant LMS and Multi-tenant LMS: The Virtual Way
Single-tenant LMS
Our virtual single-tenant LMS solution offers great flexibility for customisation as the LMS can be tailored to specific customer training needs and requirements. Customer data is kept separate within a shared database to ensure privacy.
Multi-tenant LMS
Our virtual multi-tenant LMS solution offers a single software instance shared across multiple customers, with each customer having their own isolated data within that shared environment – allowing for cost-efficiency. Customer data is kept separate within a shared database to ensure privacy but allows the same solution to serve multiple clients.
Flexible Approach
At RealSense we believe in working with the customer and for the customer. When you purchase product licences with us you will have the flexibility to swap product titles throughout your contract period – allowing you the flexilibity to deliver the training you need even when training needs change.
For organisations that do not use up all of their licenses within a year from the date of purchase, don’t worry – our account managers will work with you – we have a flexible and fair approach to help you maximise your investment, including the opportunity to carry over unused licenses upon renewal.
LMS and Content: Volume Discounts
For organisations where a chosen product purchase qualifies for volume discounts e.g. for orders of over 10+ licences, discounts will be automatically calculated in the website basket on a sliding scale – the more you buy the larger the discount.
For larger volume orders of over 100+ licences, or those containing combinations of products, please contact us and we will help create the right tailored package for you.

Multi-Year Subscription Discounts
For organisations where a chosen product purchase qualifies for a multi-year subscription discount, an incremental % discount will be automatically calculated in the website basket when selecting subscriptions of 2 Years and 3 Years.
2 Year Subscription – 10% OFF the order
3 Year Subscription – 15% OFF the order
Ultimate Plan customer requirements can vary significantly so multi-year discounts are quoted for on a case-by-case basis.
